Developed Python simulations of quantum optical devices for LiDAR systems. Used bash scripting to simplify data output from command line utilities for atmospheric radiative transfer models. Documented code and produced introductory writeups to detail important aspects of our simulation and useful libraries.

Worked with other graduate students to develop and test code for creating and testing quantum key distribution (QKD) protocols. Developed a software interface allowing users to import experimental data into preexisting QKD libraries.

Undergraduate Research in quantum computing. Worked with IBM quantum computers to implement and test quantum algorithms such as the quantum Fourier transform, Simon's algorithm, and the quantum phase estimation algorithm. Characterized the effectiveness of different approaches to quantum algorithms on modern quantum computer hardware.

Teaching assistant for an undergraduate class of 80 students in algorithm design and analysis. Worked with students 1-on-1 and in small groups to develop, test, and analyze programs made to solve hard problems. Led one lecture to 40 students.

Head Teaching Assistant for a mathematical physics class of 30 students for undergraduates. Assisted students in understanding concepts and taught monthly test reviews to groups of 10-15 students.

Held lab hours a computational physics classes of 10-20 students focused on developing Mathematica and MATLAB software for computational physics simulations.

Tutored students in linear algebra, multivariable calculus, differential equations, proofs, and engineering mathematics.
