Responsible for the Integration of all Continental products in the service parts organization NAFTA wide. Responsible for leading 5 direct reports in both customer relationships and with internal relationships among 15 different business units and 91 customers. Key interface with business unit leads in transferring product to the service parts organization. Engineering Change management for customer programs with no reduced margins. Liaison with worldwide colleagues for service parts coordination. Responsible for budget planning (P&L) for immediate FY and growth prospects for subsequent 4 years. Implemented Regional Remanufacturing program which was valued at 20% of the annual sales.

Formerly Siemens Automotive prior to acquisition by Continental Automotive Systems. Responsible for the overall Chrysler sales and marketing activities for the Interior – Body and Security product in NAFTA. Process lead for all new program acquisitions and development of Chrysler strategy in the business unit. Engineering Change management for customer programs with no reduced margins. Liaison with European colleagues for commonization projects among Mercedes and Chrysler. Selected as NAFTA representative for process management within B&S. Responsible for development of Chrysler sales planning budget for immediate FY and growth prospects for subsequent 4 years.

General control and supervision of all matters pertaining to the Almont Community Schools and authority to enforce school policy and law. In addition, certain general powers relating to judicial and legal, regulatory, research and operational functions are vested in the Board. Among the duties of the Board members are the following:1.Elect the Superintendent and support him/her in the discharge of assigned duties.2.Hire or dismiss school personnel upon the recommendation of the Superintendent.3.Establish policies affecting the educational program.4.Establish school attendance areas.5.Consider and act on appeals from administrative decisions.6.Consider and act on recommendations from the Superintendent in regard to the building needs of the school district.7.Consider and adopt an annual budget upon the recommendation of the administrative staff and Superintendent.8.Consider and act on recommendations from the Superintendent concerning all other needs of the school districts and assist in interpreting these needs to the community.9.Exert leadership and direction in reaching the highest educational goals.
