Scott Rosebrook brings more than 25 years of broad-based domestic and international experience gained at leading financial institutions and renewable energy companies. Mr. Rosebrook has championed sustainable business practices throughout his career. Currently, Mr. Rosebrook is a Partner at TESIAC, driving infrastructure investment at the nexus of mobility, technology, energy, and capital markets.Preceding TESIAC, Mr. Rosebrook was a Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance for Dynamic Energy Networks (“DEN”), an energy infrastructure investment platform. Prior to joining DEN, Mr. Rosebrook was a Vice President, Renewable Energy Specialist at KeyBank. Before that, Mr. Rosebrook was the Treasurer and Vice President of Corporate Finance for Renewable Energy Trust Capital (“RETC”). Previous to RETC, Mr. Rosebrook worked at BrightSource Energy as their Vice President of Finance & Treasurer.Earlier to his move into renewable energy, Mr. Rosebrook held management roles in Corporate Development and Strategic Planning with Silicon Valley Bank, Finance and Operations for TD Securities, and Financial Technology Consulting at IBM. His past work experience included leadership positions in Investment Banking and Capital Markets at Bank of America and CIBC World Markets, respectively.Mr. Rosebrook holds a B.S. in Economics with honors from Siena College and received his MBA from the University of San Francisco.
