As an owner, I executed all phases of residential construction from meeting with a new client, designing, bidding, constructing over a hundred Custom Homes. I put an overall emphasis on over thirty years in the construction industry, quality craftsmanship, safety, customer service and customizing quality and value. I am proficient in every aspect of the business from time management, overseeing employees, produce and maintain budgets and scheduling, excellent communication skills with owners, employees, sub contractors and inspectors.* Licensed, and bonded General Contractor since 2003.
