I solved cryogenic valve from freezing during production. LN2 level sensor problem I replaced the OEM sensor with a sensor I had worked with. I wrote engineering change order and justification for the change. I designed a system for storage of temperature probes when not in use. I solved space and cross contamination potential for powder conversion. I coordinated plant shut down for PM. Worked on vendor quotes and making sure POs’ were issued. Worked with all departments, Manufacturing, QA, Validation, QC so that the shutdown was seamless.
