Team lead for the AG's Sitecore suite of websites of over 120 sites. Responsible for working with corporate departmental leads to design and build web applications for their needs, relay those needs back to the Sitecore development team, and assist the team in building and developing needed front-end and back-end components. Ensure project workflow is on time and meeting the needs of the project, and that team members are equipped to meet their goals and accomplishing the desired design and concepts as requested. Performed Sitecore XP version upgrades to ensure systems remained up to date, and that sites functioned properly on the new versions.

Develop and maintain departmental and corporate websites for the Assemblies of God. The AG currently has over 120 sites in our portfolio, built on the Sitecore CMS platform. I was responsible for assisting in development of back-end components in Sitecore that worked to facilitate access and transfer of any necessary data between Sitecore, databases, and API's to the web application front end. This involved setting up new databases as needed, and working with our networking and database management staff to lay the framework for new sites and data storage. Duties also included implementation of Sitecore platform upgrades and troubleshooting.

Manage the Assemblies of God publishing divisions ecommerce and marketing suite of websites. Assist in developing marketing technology strategy, and implementation of that strategy. Worked with departments to develop and implement email marketing strategies using the Lyris email platform.
