My position requires me to randomly touch base in several areas within Vermeer's Maintenance and Production operations. • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Work with leadership and stakeholders to develop PM schedules, procedures, equipment records, location records, labor records. Ensure consistency between CMMS with other databases. Use THRIVE (CMMS) & Glovia (ERP) Information Warehouse to create reports.• Analyze Maintenance management data to make critical recommendations to the maintenance manager as well as production managers• Integrate a meter-based and calendar PM process for Assets in the production departments.• Help Implement upgrades to the Maintenance management software & trouble shoot any ongoing issues that affect the maintenance process.• Make Create new as well as make updated changes to the Preventative Maintenance process as well as schedules and create new bill of material list for the PM process and load into the CMMS.• Manage the Maintenance intranet EQUIPME site.• Manage on-line asset repair manuals files.• Schedule and Implement employee training on all software changes to the CMMS.• Trouble shoot and streamline process issues within the Maintenance department. • Monitor & communicate with managers of asset trends that are causing increasing down time & high cost to the company, find root cause.• Monitor machine asset data collections for shop floor.• Statistically process data to identify early failure components on assets.• Act as an alternate Planner / Scheduler for Maintenance work.• Communicate to the production floor scheduled repairs for assets.
