Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent Acquisition 01/2020 to Current KBR – Huntsville, United StatesServes as Recruitment Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist for KORD/KBR in Huntsville, AL.Additional recruiting locations include but not limited to Hawaii, Texas, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Maryland and Ohio.Key involvement in recruitment integration with KORD to Centauri and with KORD and KBR.Increased overall hiring numbers by 75% from day one. Utilization of Taleo and Workday ATS for all applicant tracking, interviews, and offer letter processes.Attendance at Job Fairs and other Networking events.Build talent pipelines of qualified applicants through various recruiting strategies to support efficient and effective hiring.

Talent Sourcing Role:Use various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates, andbuilding talent pipelines for future hiring needsIdentify hiring needs to fill critical openings with well-qualified employees. Communicates and manages the sourcing process and progresswith recruiters and management. Monitors quality of candidates and adequacy of sourcingefforts and adjusts techniques as necessary.
