I am a highly skilled, gifted Real Estate, Construction Manager, problem solver and negotiator. I have worked as a self employed home builder and presently in Construction Material Sales and look to dovetail those experiences into a career in real estate/construction mgmt. I have been working in the home building industry for 40 years and as a self employed home builder for over 25 years. I have managed the day to day operations of multiple projects. Those include scheduling of labor and materials, accounting, job oversight, permitting, estimating, surveying and various carpentry skills. I have negotiated, sold and closed many properties without the assistance of a realtor and enjoy all aspects of those challenges. I am looking to secure my real estate license and work in the Louisville, or Lexington surrounding areas.
