A PE acquired carve-out (formerly a division of EFI, Inc.), I led the stand-up of this independent, global software market-leading sales organization. Also led the GTM strategy & execution for a multi-segment, multi-vertical, Global ERP/MIS/MES sales organization to accomplish >2x industry growth rates (+20%). Sold integrated workflow suites, cross-sold additional add-ons and upgrades to increase ARR, A/TCVs. Manage team of 80 people in different capacities: inside sales, outside sales, global/major account sales, technical sales support, net new logo, account management, OEM, VAR, and other partner channel sales. Additional teams: sales operations, sales enablement, analyst team, and marketing outbound lead generation
