CurrentScott serves as General Counsel and business strategist on Coca-Cola Canada’s Executive Leadership Team (also directing the North USA business; NYC & Boston). Additionally, he leads the legal team supporting Coca-Cola’s marketing efforts throughout North America. Scott is adept at change management; having integrated 3 legal departments during one of North America’s largest vertical integrations. A project to separate these entities (and legal structures) post-divestiture then took place in the 2018 sale of Coca-Cola’s Canadian bottling assets (*named by Lexpert a "Top 10 Deal" across Canada). Scott has been recognized for promoting diversity & inclusion; recruiting and retaining an award-winning legal team. Coca-Cola’s Canadian & North USA legal team collaborates with global leadership while driving North American objectives.
