• Joined TXU Communications (now Consolidated Communications) in 2003 as Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance. Now Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance. Responsible for all aspects of preparing regulatory compliance filings as well as all internal cost development to support the company’s incumbent local exchange carrier subsidiaries. Regulatory Compliance team administers Economic Cost Analyses, Tariffs, Separations and Access Rate Design, Cost Settlements, State and Federal USF analyses, Earnings Monitoring, PUC reporting, complaint response, and Service Quality Reporting.• Previously, served in various roles including Manager of Economic Cost Analysis for Citizens Communications. Started at Citizens in 1992 and gained positions of increasing responsibility until leaving Citizens in 2001. Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, employed for several years working in corporate accounting.• Have provided written and oral testimony several times including the review of various Regional Bell Operating Company and IXC models related to local resale avoided costs, Interconnection Arbitration proceedings in California and New York, and defense of Network Cost Models in response to a dispute regarding Payphone Access Line rates and cost. Testified to annual financial need for continuing Universal Support in Texas based on geographical information regarding competition in local serving areas.• Have more than 25 years of telecommunications leadership experience at large local exchange companies.• Serves as a Board Member for the Universal Telephone Assistance Corporation in Illinois. In addition, a member of the United States Telecom Association Universal Service Subgroup.• A graduate of the University of Great Falls (now University of Providence), received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Received MBA with a concentration in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas, Graduate School of Management.
