Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance
Current• Manage groups responsible for Economic Cost Analysis, Tariffs, Separations and Access Rate Design, Cost Settlements, State and Federal USF analysis, Earnings Monitoring, PUC reporting, complaints, Service Quality Reporting, and all other state and federal compliance requirements.• Monitor regulatory activities and provide interface for the Company with the PUC and FCC. Directly responsible for coordinating tariff filings, monitoring docketed proceedings and evaluating impact of Commission rule changes on Company. Brief upper management of impact regulatory changes have to Company.• Act as company representative and subject matter expert in industry associations relative to compliance, costs and cost recovery, subsidies, and strategic positioning as it pertains to developments in industry and in particular state and federal rule changes.• Work to help develop strategy for regulatory proceedings. Interface with Counsel about pending matters.• Develop and monitor procedures to assist with tracking of regulatory information and dissemination of information to company personnel.• Maintain communications and interface with Commission staff. • Provide interpretation of tariffs and regulatory rules to various departments.• Responsible for written and oral testimony.
