HOW I DO ITThe heart of my expertise derives from many years of partnering in the purchase, ownership, construction, and operations of a series of successful businesses that included multiple Subway Sandwich shops, a Taylor Rental store, and a self-storage facility. Resulting from continuous exercise to meet the multitude of demands presented, I developed a talent for establishing and refining business systems, policies, and procedures in the financial and accounting space, largely due to analytics and data-driven decision making.I take a systematic and process management approach to confronting challenges, which allows me to fully comprehend the nature of business needs and solutions.
