As an experienced litigator with over 30 years of experience, I work with individuals, families, and businesses to obtain the justice they deserve. Frankfort in 1992. We eventually formed the partnership of Frankfort & Koltun in 1993. For the last 20+ years, I have represented each client and respective case with the care, persistence, and veracity they deserved in our fight to achieve the best outcomes possible.Due to my love of language (as is proven by my bachelor’s degree in English from SUNY Albany), I take on a unique approach with every case, meticulously reviewing legal references and documents for any information that assists my argument. Furthermore, I particularly enjoy learning the aspects of medicine and dentistry that are part of my cases.I am licensed to practice in New York and California; however, my work over the last three decades has been in the New York State and Federal Courts, including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) and Southern District of New York (SDNY).
