As the President and CEO of Synectic Solutions Inc., I lead a team of over 150 professionals who provide engineering, logistics, and technical services to the government and commercial sectors. With more than 25 years of government and DoD experience, I have a deep understanding of complex agreements, contract cost and pricing strategies, and contract administration and management. I have successfully prepared, reviewed, drafted, and negotiated contracts worth over $100 million, both domestically and internationally, including FMS and U.S. contracts such as CPAF, CPFF, IDIQ, FFP, T&M, and BOA. I have also implemented start-up contract management departments and supervised high-performance contract management teams.In addition to my role at Synectic Solutions Inc., I am also the President of Ventura Defense Industry Forum (VDIF), a non-profit organization that fosters collaboration and innovation among the defense industry in Ventura County, California. I am responsible for organizing and hosting events, workshops, and networking opportunities for the members and stakeholders of VDIF, as well as advocating for the interests and needs of the defense community in the region. I am also an Executive Board Member of NDIA Los Angeles Chapter, a professional association that promotes national security and supports the defense community in the Los Angeles area. I am passionate about advancing the state of the art in defense technology and enhancing the capabilities and readiness of our nation's defense forces.
