Currently the director of Buck’s Rock Camp. Acted as the assistant director in 2017. Directed the counselor in training (CIT) program from 2011 to 2016. Supervised the athletics program from 2007 to 2010. Instructed campers in metalworking and jewelry-making from 2002 to 2006.Supervised thousands of campers and CITs, ages 8 to 18, and hundreds of staff and junior counselors. Provided moral, supportive, and responsible leadership.

I delivered case management services as well as individual and group counseling to students in the Piscataway middle school and high school behavior disabilities (BD) programs, as well as the SAIL life-skills program for 18-21 year olds. I developed, maintained, and manipulated behavior plans both programmatically and for individual students with behavior disabilities. I provided crisis intervention and management for students in the BD programs, including crises that required physical restraint. I conducted and composed psychological evaluations for student assessments as well as developing and maintaining IEPs for students that I case managed. I provided teacher and parent consultation and support for those affiliated with students at the school. I also facilitated healthy peer relations though social skills development, daily student check-ins, and peer mediation.

Provided psychological counseling services for middle and high school students, and clinical services for individuals, groups, and families. Developed an internet safety program to serve high school community.

Camp Connections is a summer camp for extended school year and special needs children, aged 3 to 7. Implemented a dynamic model of integrated, inclusive, and specialized camp services. Facilitated extensive involvement of campers' families and outside support systems. Assisted in the staffing and of the camp and provided leadership for the counselors at the camp. Provided appropriate age and emotional level for a wide variety of children.

Aided and assisted two traditional school psychologists at the middle school level. Provided counseling, psychological assessment, IEP development, and case management servicesIntegrated with and functioned as an active member of two child study teams. Engaged in testing and evaluative report writing services for children in out-of-district placement.

Assisted in the development of a pioneer, cross-sectional study on the psychological adjustment, sociability, and well-being of adopted children of same-sex couples. Liaison between adoption agency and experimenters. Provided support in the planning and execution stages of the experimentation.

Creation of Federal Grant proposals and abstracts. Assistant to the Vice President. Coordinated planning and execution of on-site conference services in the fields of general and mental health. Maintained office stability through bookkeeping, office organization, and support to all managers and directors.
