Founded a real estate fund / operating company that focuses on (i) high end residential development, currently at the Madison Club in La Quinta, CA, (ii) a unique public/private partnership structure designed to execute first of its kind DASP Direct Sale trades with HUD and (iii) expand ownership in a boutique residential servicing team that specializes in non-profit/gov't partnerships to achieve high levels of re-performance for severely delinquent loan pools.

Managed the acquisition, due diligence and disposition of a diverse residential real estate portfolio. Structured a unique public / private partnership with a nationwide non-profit to achiever a 70% re-performance rate on a portfolio of severely delinquent residential properties.

Private equity fund purchasing non-performing whole loans and REO properties on a nationwide basis. Responsible for portfolio acquisitions, credit analysis and due diligence.

Advising start up hard money lenders, raising funding, and working with variuos distressed debt funds and whole loan buyers in the southern CA area.
