For the past 12 years, I have been leading operations with a hardwood manufacturing company.Rising through the ranks at Baillie has been incredibly rewarding. I have been able to connect with so many amazing people both internally and through collaborations with other industries. When it comes to management, I take a lot of pride in my ability to empower my team to grow, while fostering a safety-focused team that produces high-quality work and consistently stays on schedule.When I’m not hard at work, I keep myself pretty busy. I’m an ultramarathon runner, and I’ve completed multiple 100-mile races so far in my career. I’m also a new dad and enjoy spending time with family.
