 Management and completion of several projects including complex traffic control designs Strategic direction of a 30-person team, which entailed scheduling appropriate resources based on job requirements and training members on traffic control standards and implementation Comprehensive analysis and approval of all invoices; assignment of costs to the proper job and cost codes; and administration of all inventory and purchasing requirements

 Supervision of projects on complex traffic designs, while serving as liaison between the client and North Carolina Department of Transportation (NC DOT) representative Formulation and implementation of complex traffic control plans using NC DOT standard drawings Generation and discussion of P&L statements during monthly meetings with the regional manager and president; and development and proposal of fiscal year budgets to be approved by the chief executive officer Presiding over employee training on various topics such as flagging, traffic control procedures, defensive driving, equipment operation, and OSHA safety standards Fulfillment of other key tasks including cost and labor estimations and bidding on all private and public jobs; company safety training execution; and employee hiring and termination at the Garner branch Accomplishment of administrative- and accounting-related functions encompassing reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable; documentation of drivers’ hours of services; maintenance of routine log book audits and inventory control of more than $1M in product; and investigation and resolution of branch accidents Attainment of more than 10% increase in revenue leading branch business development and marketing efforts
