I have held a long history of excellence in performance of exceeding sales, controlling expenses, exceeding budgets and metric performance, inventory control and store experience. I am a Servant Leader who operates through Continuous Improvement, Honor, Integrity, Character and Passion. After 25 years of dedicated retail service under many great companies, I felt the drive and desire to begin a new journey in my life including a career change as I wanted to learn a new skill set in an unfamiliar field that would challenge me, take me out of every comfort zone and allow me to grow, mature and contribute using the skills and knowledge given to me over the years. I have been blessed to serve many great companies and within them, even more blessed to have had the leaders and mentors that groomed me and taught me what it is to be a Servant Leader. It was truly a humbling and rewarding opportunity to teach and train my teams and other future leaders who worked beside me. Over the past years, I have been given what I desired with an amazing company and while I have faced many challenges, I have been given much opportunity to learn, lead, create, find opportunity and present solutions, implement new processes and go outside the box to find new growth for the company. For the past year (2024) we have built a strong Trademark Licensing Profile that will launch in 2025. This career change has been rewarding in so many ways, aside from finding new ways to grow our business, to find solutions to problems, more effective ways to things, creating Standardized Operating Procedures, simplifying data and information systems, warehouse inventory management and organization, quality control, production guides and inventory control (imported and domestic goods)
