Promoted to senior-level role to provide cross-functional leadership, and focus on the prioritization and execution of actions for the on-time delivery and first-time quality of aircraft retrofit and new product development programs. Manage program schedules and budgets—up to $20M. Lead quarterly reviews with 15-20 key suppliers, and co-lead the reliability, quality, and availability action team (RQAAT). Manage a team of two program managers and one data analyst.• Played a key leadership role in establishing the Cabin Technology Road Mapping Team, developing the program directive and spearheading weekly meetings.• Reduced priority projects from 185 to 70, revamping the Reliability Quality Availability Action Team (RQAAT) structure to adapt to organizational and budget constraints, and mandating status reporting at director level.• Hired and developed program managers—two of which were selected to participate in the management development program, providing mentorship and coaching while removing any obstacles to ensure their success.• Exceeded dispatch reliability goals for the G650, G550, and G450—99.7%, 99.92%, and 99.88%, respectively, scheduling and leading program management reviews with key suppliers to ensure execution.• Performed analyses of mean time between failures (MTBF) on supplier parts, leading root-cause analyses and corrective action plans to ensure supplier contract guarantees.• Championed the investigation of millimeter wave vision systems for implementation in Gulfstream aircraft, establishing a small team to review new and existing technologies, and launching a formal program.
