• New Fortress Energy LNG Liquefaction , Gas Treatment, and Utility Rigs Project, Fast LNG a fast track fabrication project of three control modules. My daily role and responsibilities were to oversee the fabrication and equipment installation of three controls buildings as required to facilitate the production progress. This included the shipping coordination of required equipment to be shipped onsite as need at specific stages during fabrication.

Working onsite at OneSubsea Berwick, LA for the refurbishment, updating and fabrication of subsea trees, tubing hangers, gooseneck connectors, IWOCS and associated equipment for the Shell Starfish Infield Drilling project.Ensure all refurbishment and fabrication work is performed to the project requirements while maintaining delivery schedule demands. Coordinate shipping of equipment to rig in Trinidad for deployment. Review and approval of all MRB’s associated with project equipment. Created and maintained Excel spreadsheets tracking equipment, scheduled loadouts, and MRB review reports based on a large amount of data.

Hardware Package Lead for Shell 15K OWIRS (Open Water Intervention Riser System) kit, providing oversight to the project through scheduling and delivery of the hardware kit which contains the Emergency Disconnect Package, Lower Riser Package with upper and lower shear seal rams and one set of grip seal rams, HH trim specialty joints, surface flow tree, 15K riser swivel, handling tools, IWOCS umbilical & reel and annulus hose & reel. Provided support for the manufacturing, inspection, and testing of the mechanical hardware domestically and globally along with the WHPU and RCS building for the topside control systems. Provided support as SIT site coordinator while performing the SIT and mobilization testing of the Shell OWIRS kit.

Primary support to the Subsea Engineering for inspection/project coordination of Shell Furnished Equipment for domestic and global vendors. Ensure that fabricated components and engineered equipment constructed in accordance with all applicable internal and external drawings, specifications, regulatory codes, and quality assurance requirements are met.

Involved in new sales generating $3-$5 million, conducted customer asset quality inspections, and initiated a repair process plan to client for customer property repair and remanufacturing for wellhead equipment on five tension leg platforms (TLPs) operated by Shell Offshore Inc. (SOI) and Shell Exploration and Production Co. (SEPCO) including Auger, Mars, Brutus, Enchilada, and Ram Powell. Interfaced with client project engineers to schedule and implement ongoing repairs and refurbishments to equipment on deepwater projects. This enabled customers to fully optimize utilization of their existing assets before acquiring any new equipment.Developed, processed and implemented repair and refurbishment processes for subsea surface trees, tubing hangers, and tubing heads. Developed inspection procedures documentation and purchase orders to perform client asset inspections, repair and remanufacturing, and subcontractor coordination for client asset repairs per API 6A and client requirements. Managed startup of FMC Integrated Service Center while held complete profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. Set up facilities, hired and trained 30 personnel including service technicians and inspectors, and managed and maintained site HSE requirements.Oversaw daily operation of FMC Integrated Services for the Gulf Coast Area. Developed and initiated repair process programs, process improvements, maintenance procedures, and procedures for quality assurances, quality control inspection, repair/remanufacturing, and testing of client assets including all manufacturers of flow-line equipment and products. Involved with the research and development of new technology and products to improve performance and reduce cost for cementing applications, flow line equipment and equipment tracking.Trained key personnel at this facility to manage Latin American Service Repair Centers in Mexico and Venezuela traveled to locations to assist in additional personnel training and facility setup, to include daily operations, customer interface, quality assurance / quality control, and HSE requirements.

Supervised maintenance activities of up to 15 journeymen during a scheduled refueling outage of Twin 1150 Megawatt Units, Nuclear-Fueled Power Plant – Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR). Directly involved in implementation of several design modifications including fabrication and installation of the Unit #1 heater drain piping and pipe support modification. This operation was considered a major milestone for being completed on schedule during a routine refueling outage.Supervised and maintained site fabrication facilities that included Piping & Iron Fabrication Shop and HVAC Fabrication Shop used to support various design modifications and site R&D test lab. Maintained quality assurance protocols for supervised facilities and maintenance projects.Received Letter of Commendation for preventing forced outage by performing modification and rework during scheduled outage, saving company $2 million per day in downtime.
