• Organize and establish an operating structure as well as maintain data integration between different online systems for the Department while providing Support for the Director of Rehab.• Help facilitate what therapist need to do and what is needed from them. (7-12 Therapists on average)• Use ICD-9 and CPT codes to efficiently input/update billing information into Carpoint© Database with dedication to accuracy. On average, 60 to 80 patients daily. • Utilize program skills and knowledge to create reports and documents for the Rehabilitation Department as well as other related Departments in the facility.• Conduct and assist Director with patient scheduling for therapists and make adjustments in order to achieve the highest RUG level possible. • Analyze data to calculate efficiency and help the Director form plans, determining the direction of the department.• Ensure that the department is in compliance with all facility policies as well as State standards and regulations.• Correspond with outside sources such as, Insurance Companies, Hospitals, Families, and the State, on behalf of the Director, for better efficiency and to expedite solutions to issues that arrive.
