Applied model-based manufacturing techniques to composite core design, achieving a high quality of fit with the first core flat pattern. Product Launch Support for GE 56.9, including VARTM infusion troubleshooting. Global process audits and risk assessments, including ISO 9001.

My thesis work at Lehigh has been highly hands-on, designing and building a fleet of 10 unmanned 1.2m boats using predominantly composite materials. As part of my research I have written software to aid in the design of self-righting boats, machined and turned parts, cut aluminum and foam molds for carbon fiber on CNC machines, made parts from these molds and assembled and tested working boat systems.
