• Manage, recruit and mentor a team of CyberSecurity professionals to carry out NetWitness engagements including but not limited to Threat Hunting, Penetration testing, malware reverse engineering and Incident response. • Identify and establish new services based on customer needs• Assist sales by working very closely with customers and potential customers to align services to customer gaps.• Interact with customers to align technical and financial solutions to their problems including retainers, proactive services and custom Statements of work to fit their needs• Lead the entire Incident response practice including forecasting, sales enablement, sales support, personnel development, the adoption and inception of business development.• Develop and maintain customer relationships, understanding customers’ needs matching services and people to bring engagements to completion• Lead Program and project managers for high level engagements• Oversee all IR related engagements, Statements of Work (SOW’s), assuring resources are aligned with NetWitness and customer goals

Perform Computer and Information security consulting for RSA customers including Forensics, Penetration testing and remediation.Support and utilize RSA commercial based products including ECAT Forensics and E-Discovery based software, SIEM and Netwitness packet capturing applications. Contribute by providing expertise related to current computer based threats for RSA customers.

Identify Analyze and evaluate risk as the top tier of information security engineeringDevelop and propose appropriate mitigation for current computer based threats to include Malware, potential and actual intruders/hackers. Manage projects related to security risk resolutionContribute and provide expertise for understanding current computer based threatsCollaborate and provide guidance to other Internet Defense planning and information security staff.
