Ed-Enuf exists to provide tools and resources concerning equity, inclusion, and diversity that are fun, relational, and simple. We are aware that most small and medium-sized organizations can't always afford to hire a "chief diversity officer" or a "diversity consultant." Ed-Enuf exists because we believe every organization, no matter the size or budget, should have the opportunity to receive quality training, tools, and resources in equity, inclusion, and diversity. We know training, tools, and resources are not the only answer; however, these things are part of the answer for organizations and institutions desiring to take steps towards real organizational change.
