About Scott Laster

Do you seek to achieve a large-scale strategic initiative such as migrating 100M existing customers seamlessly to a next-generation cellular network or reducing chronic diseases? I lead teams to define a comprehensive framework approach with sub-projects for execution by the program management team, and then lead outcome measurement and delivery of refinements for optimal outcomes.I utilize a systems engineering approach that incorporates incentives, checks-and-balances, and feedback to collectively achieve long-term optimal outcomes. I naturally question existing paradigms, insist on real-world data that measures actual comprehensive outcomes, and innovate new solutions. I served as the Lead Solutions Architect for AT&T's major cellular network transitions the last 13 years prior to my 2024 retirement, and was honored as an AT&T Fellow for my career contributions to the company and industry (one of only 72 AT&T Fellows). I've also used my Solutions Architectures skills for 15 years on a volunteer basis on strategic initiatives to reverse the trend in chronic diseases, which I think is readily achievable with a sound framework approach rooted in systems engineering principles.
