Architected and implemented the solutions strategy to transition customers to next-generation mobile network technologies to achieve enhanced customer service and reduced costs while minimizing service disruption. Defined the framework approach, led the design sessions, developed pilot trials, defined projects to be coordinated by the program manager, and delivered ongoing refinement and enhancements to achieve the optimal result for customers.Served as the Lead Solutions Architect for AT&T's four major network service transitions 2011-2024: • 4G Voice (a.k.a. “HD Voice”, "VoLTE"): Achieved industry-leading migration. Defined framework organizational approach and created innovative design for automatic migration. Led team in resolution of 100+ issues and optimizations to achieve best-in-class service metrics.• 3G Sunset: Achieved industry-first date which allowed company to re-use spectrum for 5G services. Led team to identify, analyze, and proactively resolve issues that would’ve otherwise impacted service for millions of customers when 3G cell sites were shut down.• 5G Stand Alone (a.k.a. "5G SA"): Created innovative design for a flexible-rate automatic migration of customers.• 4G Sunset: Defined organizational framework and solutions approach for this long-term program.
