I have run a mobile auto repair business for 21 years. It has been very successful in its entire history. I have NEVER had a come back a return customer with an unsatisfactory opinion of his repair. I enjoy this business as i enjoy people and helping them with their troubles with their car. I have never had someone unhappy to pay their bill, as they feel that have rescued them. No tow is required, i fix the car WHERE IT fails. I dont do clutches or transmission repair as on the side of the road it would be rather difficult to remove the transmission.

I worked on EVERYTHING on four wheels for a year. I would have continued to work there until one time the owner had a customer that wanted a new motor put in his truck. He wanted a Dodge 360 motor but my boss received a 318 motor by mistake, probably ordered the wrong one really. He didnt call the customer and inform him of the delay and order the correct motor, he had my co worker put in the 318 and TOLD THE CUSTOMER it was a 360 as they look virtually the same but the engine IS SMALLER. My boss didnt care, and installed the 318. I couldnt work for someone THAT dishonest, i started Mobile Tech after quitting First Gear because of his dishonesty...... Pretty ironic that i owe the creation of Mobile Tech to the dishonesty of a shop owner........ lol

I worked as the foreman at a trucking company to make sure that 40 some trucks and trailers were kept moving and safe. I had 4 people that worked under me. However they were not trained very well in repair, so i pretty much had to do the repairs, as the boss didnt care too much about their skills.

I worked specifically on Datsun Mercedes and Volvo, for approx 2 years as the name suggests.

Motorhome Mechanic was here until they got bought out by Dan Gamels RV and moved to Morgan Hill
