Profile: Seasoned finance professional with deep experience in all facets of financial operations, technical accounting, commercial management, financial analysis, management reporting, controls and risk mitigation. Worked in both public accounting and commerce for three listed companies. Started career in audit in Sydney in 1994 where I spent over five years predominantly at Deloitte before moving into the Internal Audit division of large Australian listed company Cable & Wireless Optus Limited (with AUD10 Billion turnover). Optus was acquired by Singtel Limited (Singapore's third largest company) and this coincided with my promotion to the Head of Internal Audit in 2001, a role I played for two years overseeing the integration with Singtel. Since then worked for New York Stock Exchange listed company Interpublic Group (IPG) which is one of the largest advertising and communications firms in the world. I was there for over seven years in various local and regional financial management roles from Financial Controller, Contract Management and CFO roles in Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Currently the APAC Regional Head of Finance for FTI Consulting Limited (FTI), also a NYSE listed company based here in the regional headquarters in Hong Kong. When I started at FTI in late 2012 the company was in 6 countries in the region and just over $50M revenue. The company has grown both organically and via acquisitions to 11 markets with revenue over $140M which has required a deep transformation of the finance group, reengineering processes and enhancing systems and tools to support this growth.
