Responsible for new process development and continuing improvement on current processes. Also responsible for all preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Responsible for the part programming of CNC machines, process development, and customer training and support.leading multi day, national training seminars for customers and dealers in the topics of operation and programming of citizen and miyano machines.  Conducting pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, machine assessment and recommendations, and part processing recommendations.  Making accurate cost estimates, writing engineering reports, and interpreting plans and specifications. Interpreting part prints, plans and specifications Create time studies and perform first part run off.  Programing, set up and training of Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes and CNC vertical or horizontal mills. Setting up CNC programming per customer specifications Installation/ troubleshooting of machine accessories. Interfacing with customers/dealer as the face of the company through Phone, email and on site technical support. Regular travel to customer sites for training, installation and troubleshooting
