As a member of the senior athletics administration I provide strategic leadership and vision in the oversight of athletic facilities, operations, events, budgeting management, equipment, recreational programming. Oversee the daily operations of multiple athletic spaces including indoor track/field house, pool, fitness spaces, ice rink, gymnasium, multipurpose gymnasium, and outdoor turf and natural grass fields. Provided supervision and administrative leadership for recreational facilities and programs. Managed the daily operations of multiple recreational facilities including 400,000 sq. ft. OF indoor and outdoor facilities. Supervised full-time staff, graduate assistants, and 65 student employees. Developed facility guidelines, policies and procedures and detailed facility maintenance processes. Managed facilities and events operating budgets and assisted with facility capital projects. Coordinated all scheduling, reservations, events, and rentals.

Served as an adjunct faculty member in Sport Management program in the Department of Kinesiology. Instructed course in Organization and Administration of Intramural and Recreational Sports.
