My role was to increase customer sell-through, while building and communicating brand superiority. My team and I built a private label strategy that improved margins and provide support for external sales teams. Developed strategic direction and creative for a go-to-market plan that included each of the 3 independent divisions. Each division operated as competing wholesale apparel companies: Alpha Shirt Co. Broder Bros., and NES. Directed creative and marketing tactics for 13 private label brands with an annual budget of $15 million. Tactics included catalog, website, digital, online, direct mail, sales collateral, outside and inside sales support, CSR, telemarketing campaigns, trade advertising, and tradeshows.
