As a tax partner and an integral part of the Family Wealth Group at Cohen & Company, I have more than 20 years of experience working with partnerships, S Corporations, trusts and individuals related to tax planning and compliance. I specialize in complex tax compliance and sophisticated planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families and have experience with numerous Goldman Sachs clients. In addition to proactively providing in-depth tax guidance, strategy and long-term projections, I also coordinate clients’ advisory teams to seamlessly address family, business, tax and estate-related issues. As part of my comprehensive service, I provide trustee and consulting services to clients, including helping negotiate deals on behalf of trusts and their assets. I also sit on various family investment committees and assists international clients with U.S. tax treaties, such as helping foreign individuals navigate the complex interplay between international and U.S. tax law.I am a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and member of the New Member Committee of Beechmont Country Club, Ohio Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. I received a B.S. in accounting from The Ohio State University.
