CMTS upgrades from card additions on Cisco 7246VXR’s and Cisco 10K to installing and moving traffic over to the Cisco 10K from a smaller CMTS. Assisted systems in the coordination of receiver changes and upgrades for the ever changing programmer requests. Re-tune satellite dishes due to movement to improve signal quality and accept newly required orbital feeds necessary for changes in programming feeds. Installed equipment and launched High Speed Data and Digital Phone in Palestine & Graham, TX and HD programming in Hebbronville, Graham and Palestine, TX as well as adding to the HD offering in Liberal, KS. Trained technicians in systems for digital phone installation and maintenance as well as Cable 101 training for new hires.
