Senior Manager Digital Product Development
CurrentResponsibilities of current role:• Develop vision, strategy, and facilitate creation and sustainability of products and digitally enabled services• Continually collaborate with Customers worldwide in various industries and markets to ensure they are successful using the provided solutions• Lead and manage Solar Digital’s scaled agile product development organization responsible for iteratively increasing the value of current products to increase market share and create new scalable customer solutions• Facilitate digital solutions for complex problems and monetizing new solutions in creative and compelling ways• Create a culture of innovation through hiring high performing leaders, eliminating high level impediments to success, and empower entire digital team to take calculated risks and iterate until products are successful• Establish and then monitor general policies and guidelines for product development to ensure specific business goals are met and desired results are achieved
