Scott has been Board Certified in Business Litigation since 1999 and has received the “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory®. He was appointed to and served a three-year term on FINRA’s National Arbitration and Mediation Committee. Scott speaks and authors articles on securities litigation and participates in training sessions for FINRA and the State of Florida/Division of Banking and Securities. Scott is also currently serving a second term as a public member of the Securities Industry Conference on Arbitration (SICA).Scott has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since 2003 and was named “Lawyer of the Year” in 2014 for Securities/Capital Markets Law and in 2016 for Litigation and Securities.
