Evaluate the in-progress and completed work of applicators to ensure the products warrantability. Evaluation of all systems; including, Metal, TPO, EPDM, APP, SBS, Photo Voltaic, and Garden Roofing Systems. Assist the roofing contractor, building owner and sales representatives, to resolve installation problems. Provide roof top trainings and interim inspections to prevent and resolve potential installation problems, if left unaddressed, would lead to increased warranty expenditures. Provide in-depth training, on all roof systems installations for newly authorized contractors, existing contractors, sales representatives, distributors, building owners, and teammates.

Duties include conducting roof and façade surveys and audits, including field investigation/verification of existing conditions, which includes preparing detailed roof and building envelope drawings, cost estimates, and condition reports. The position is also responsible for construction quality assurance, which includes onsite observations of projects under construction, including photographic documentation, verbal communication to the contractor in the field, and written report production after observations. Special Projects: Site Engineer for duration of 2013 projects at Abbott Laboratories.

Responsible for conducting roof asset and project management for National Account clients. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Access, observe, document, and communicate roof condition information verbally, graphically, and in writing. Broad industry knowledge required to diagnose and correct roof system deficiencies through review of photographic evidence. Preparing specifications and budgets for maintenance, long-term repair and replacement options for a wide variety of roof systems. Manage internal/external resources to complete projects within designated time frame. Work daily with national account clients, sales representatives, and contractors for document interpretation, project planning, design, and follow- up support. Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain, convey or correct information. Special Projects: Building asset management and maintenance programs.
