I combined experiences learned from Novatek, which excelled at broad creative thinking and Toyota's LEAN principles. I successfully created a new market approach to create turn key engineering solutions for Cambric's customers.

At Toyota I learned the importance of LEAN principles as they relate to design and manufacturing methodologies. I greatly appreciate the Japanese style with meticulous planning and attention to detail. I traveled extensively through Japan being mentored at all of the major production facilities and key suppliers.

At Novatek I worked full time while attending collage. I was a design engineer in a fast paced R&D environment. I gained experience in broad creative thinking with exposure to multiple technologies. I learned how to develop new products and validate new technology.Invented an innovative new method for real-time milling of asphalt and concrete (U.S. patent 7,223,049), which resulted in a multi-million dollar company investment.
