With nearly 17 years in the commercial construction industry first as an estimator/project manager for a commercial painting firm and then working my way up from an entry level estimator to beginning operations for Drywall Systems, Inc. Olathe office, to the Vice President/General Manager of Commercial Construction for Drywall Systems, Inc. and finally on to my most recent opportunity as COO of Builders Plus Construction. I strive to let common sense and process rule, with a broad range of experience I am able to value all points of view and use some very basic principles to lead my team. Trust is always the most important thing in any relationship business or personal, always treat others with respect, business is never "at any cost" and open communication is and always will be the key to our success. My goals include steady sustainable growth as well as becoming the "go to" contractor when customers want quality and results while maintaining profitability and adding value to our customers and employees.
