System Technician - Lead Sept 07 to Jan 2011 Charter Communications Newtown, CTPerformed all aspects of maintenance and repair for the HFC Cable TV network from the Node to the Customer Equipment. Coordinated and assigned third shift work for 6 technicians that covered1,600 miles of plant, ensuring logistics and documentation was present for each job. Performed; Node installation, Splits, and Optimizations, Customer home installations and repairs.
