Director with over 24years experience in the construction and building services industry. Currently working on a variety of Healthcare and Commercial projects from conception/enquiry stage dealing front end with the client and main contractor and carrying responsibility for the design of varying mechanical building services through all RIBA stages of the project including design development, construction, commissioning and witness testing through to handover. I have been closely involved in all aspects of building services design and installation for new builds and refurbishments including; estimating and sales, project management, client liaison and scope development, production of 2D and 3D co-ordinated services drawings, production of O&M manuals performance specifications and plant design schedules, pre-fabricated building services components, commissioning of systems and witness testing, commercial and financial management of projects and fee bid proposals.In addition to my background in contracting and consulting experience, I believe I have a sound technical understanding of current building services good practice with regards to design and installation and keep up to date with the latest technologies, regulations, legislation, HTMs and other guidelines through continued professional development. I also have a good perception of the importance of BREEAM building services implications and am listed on the LCC and LCEA CIBSE approved registers.
