In an environment of such ongoing pressure and urgency, I have become well-versed in managing competing workflows and operating procedures across teams; with a proven record in managing multiple, unexpected deadlines.I bring deep expertise in media monitoring, research, and analysis; and am highly accomplished in producing concise executive reports and briefing material for senior management and stakeholders. Having worked on a broad range of proactive media initiatives, I have developed skills in articulating complex and simple ideas in language appropriate for the target audience. I am experienced in writing media releases for product and corporate initiatives; as well as media pitching and strategy across community and foundation work.I consistently seek new ways to streamline operations by collaborating with others. At Westpac, I identified ways to improve media monitoring and internal reporting capability. Consulting with colleagues on priorities for change I led the multi-stakeholder transition to - and integration of - a new media-monitoring service provider. This months-long project delivered faster, more reliable alert systems, automated processes, and greater ability to self-service; ensuring Westpac was better prepared to respond to media, track performance, and keep senior stakeholders informed.
