• Instructed prospective Surface Warfare Officer Department Heads and Executive Officers in Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Information Warfare, Surface Warfare and Naval Planning.• Developed and implemented training programs to enhance officers' knowledge and skills in maritime warfare tactics.• Led simulations and exercises to simulate real-world scenarios and improve decision-making abilities.

USS FARRAGUT (DDG 99)-Led a team of 18 sailors in the operation, upkeep and maintenance of the AEGIS weapon system. -Trained and developed over 40 sailors in the fundamentals of Air Defense watchstanding. -Planned and executed over 10 complex air defense exercises, including 2 Standard Missile live firing exercises.

USS ROSS(DDG 71)-Led a division of 24 sailors with responsibility for main propulsion gas turbine engines and generators and all related support equipment.-Qualified Engineering Officer of the Watch.-Managed and oversaw repairs during a $16 million Selective Restricted Availability from June to September 2019.

- Led division of 17 sailors in maintenance and operation of all shipboard gunnery systems. - Planned and executed 4 complex ordnance handling evolutions, resulting in the safe movement of over $500M of explosive ordnance with zero mishaps. Maintained inventory and control systems of all onboard ordnance. - Certified Shipboard Explosive Safety Certification with a 100% inventory accuracy assessment. As a result of the certification, USS ROSS was certified to conduct Forward Deployed Naval Forces Europe patrols.
