Acomplishments included:- Grades for the QA Program from third party auditors on USS Michigan were below fleet standards when LT MacAdams took over in 2012, by the mid point of my tenure the program was then rated by the same auditors as above average fleet standards - Developed and Implemented a rigorous Quality Assurance training program that included training for every member of USS Michigan during my tenure - Personally trained every new crew member in Sub Safe practices upon their reporting to USS Michigan (Over 250 people)- Responsible for maintaining the certification of USS Michigan in watertight integrity and diver safety by reviewing every controlled work package generated before, during and following maintenance on critical ship systems which failure would result in catastrophic loss of life (Over 230 work packages certified during tenure)- Mentored and guided each division that performs maintenance on USS Michigan to ensure compliance with applicable source documents
