Led operation of company business, technical, and manufacturing activities with day-to-day direction, as well as long range strategic planning. Developed and executed business development strategies, as well as authored numerous proposal efforts. Directed pursuit and proposal preparation that resulted in largest government CubeSat program award (NASA Ames Proximity Operations Nano-Satellite Flight Demonstration [PONSFD]) for $13.55M.

Championed Boeing Phantom Works’ Nano-Satellite efforts from establishing initial Product Area for The Boeing Company, to creating the then market leader in CubeSat vehicles. Led pursuit efforts that resulted in second and third largest Government CubeSat awards (NRO Colony II Bus program [$10+M], and USAF SMC/XR SENSE programs [$6.5+M]). Established dedicated engineering team and lab & production facilities to focus on nano-satellite technology development and programs. Developed and implemented long-range technology and business development roadmaps. As Chief Engineer, architected overall technical spacecraft designs across product families, and for specific mission programs. Selected in 2008 from over 2,500 Boeing Huntington Beach & Anaheim engineers as runner-up for Engineer of the Year, as well as recognized for Excellence in Leadership.
