Responsible for field sales and customer interface. Assist and support customers with technical support and procurement of machinery and parts. Additional responsibilities include the design of parts and machines in the pulp and paper industry. Duties include contact with customers, interface with the machine and fabrication shops, both in house and sub-contracted, development of fabrication, machining and casting drawings. Pre-engineering field measurements. Field service supervision of mill personel and or contractor personnel during installation of equipment.

Duties included the over seeing and design and development of new equipment. Maintain the engineering standards for department. Interact with sales and customers in specifying the requirements needed and then making sure they implemented in the design. Maintain the engineering computer system and file storage of critical information. Interact with the manufacturing shop to answer questions and requirements that need to be meant.

Responsible for the complete engineering and management of capital equipment projects for recycling paper mills. Duties included pre-sales support, negotiation support, supervision of project team, sole customer contact, engineering firm liaison, and complete gross margin accountability. Project asset levels 1 - 5 million dollars. Key projects managed - Corrugated Services Incorporate (first complete pressurized minimill concept), Keyes Fiber, Sacramento, CA, and co-project manager for First Urban Fiber (world most advance secondary fibersystem). Also, engineering equipment field conversion specialist, responsible for all custom tailoring to customer existing Black Clawson equipment. Design and engineering for new pieces of equipment utilizing S.D.R.C. Master Series 5, 3D modeling and F.E.A.

Responsible for all engineering drawings, bills of materials, data sheets, and purchasing requisitions required to ensure complete and accurate information both for manufacturing and customer construction drawings. Functions include error free conformance with industrial standards, customer specifications, standard engineering, and manufacturing production practices. Duties also include sole engineering and manufacturing shop floor liaison and supervisor to the drafting department.

Assemble necessary drawings, bills of materials, and purchase requisitions required to process manufacturing orders and preparing arrangement drawings for customers. Responsibilities also include detailed engineering layouts, detailed manufacturing drawings, and certified for construction assembly and sub-assembly drawings. Drafting proficiencies on the computer aided design systems and board.
