Accountable for productivity of large capital assets across RTCA by:• Managing accurate life cycle modelling• Capital expenditure application review and governance• Optimising operational spend• Ensuring implementation of work management processes• Management and governance of large capital projects Delivered:• Accurate 10 year maintenance capital plans for 17 critical assets.• A sustained capital expenditure application process to which all spends (>$250K) must adhere.• Operational expenditure review and advice to sites.• A sustained work management approach to ensure asset condition is well understood to enable an accurate Zero Based Budget (ZBB) to be built.• Accurate capital plans and therefore justifiable capital projects all of the above points.
