Establishing the QMS to be compliant to ISO 9001:2015. We have just started our implementation plan, identified our milestones, assembled our implementation team, created our gannt charts, and have performed our Gap Assessment. We are on an aggressive, but thoughough tract to be certified by October 2016. With the support required to drive the project by both the President and Vice President, I a confident we will meet the deadline. We are already seeing the benefits.I will update this to show the progress we are making. Handled Quality issues that arose between our suppliers and our military contractor (customer). Helping our suppliers in performing true root cause analysis, Correct and Preventive Analysis with Validations. Setup internal audit schedule, trained and worked with internal auditors on the audit process - I Instilled in them that we are auditing our processes - set everyone at ease so we can look under the couch, so to speak, to continually improve. We Passed my first Customer audit with LMCO with zero findings. I had to contain, monitor and analyse family of product that could be affected by a known issue by examining the entire control chain.
