• Defined maintenance and project shutdown scope and led development and planning of offshore / onshore preparations. Built and modified Primavera plans. Led execution by working closely with all parties and adapting.
• Developed macros for importing SAP to Primavera P6 and to work list, integrating SAP planning processes, scheduling, and control work list.
• Trained field staff in SDMS expectations, increasing bench strength of team and increasing flexibility for the future.
• Created work list that managed and tracked SD development utilizing s-curves and milestones, providing great vision on where focus is required.
• Integrated Project System, EMCAPS, and SDMS systems for common milestones.
• Instituted successful strategy to identify and source required resources early enough, completing training prior to SD and incorporating into resource restraints.
