I support 16 servers, 10 of which are VMWare oriented. I manage Watchguard XTM 505 firewalls along with a Watchguard X550 used for VPN purposes. We have over 130 clients PCs that I'm responsible for. We are currently running Symantec Backup Exec 2012 with the VMWare agent for our backups. SEPM is the Anti-Virus protection suite used in house.

Manage workstation operating systems to include troubleshooting and installation of upgrades (support contracts in place for once a month cleanup of computers/servers, including but not limited to Windows, Anti-Virus, and Backup Updates) and patches. Perform workstation maintenance relating to hardware or software failure and rectifying the issues.Perform server software installations, server system administration, and support including monitoring and restoring backups.Provide support on remote access to clients by troubleshooting issues on connectivity to server, printers, software related problems, etc... We use Remote Desktop via Windows Small Business Server along with Log-Me-In software package for the remote troubleshooting.Provide data network support to clients by troubleshooting network issues, isolating problems with network components, performing setup and maintenance, and support cable installations.Provide support for printers via the network or local connectivity.Provide support to include setup, configuration, and troubleshooting clients account problems.Provide support and troubleshooting on a variety of workstation, software, and hardware/accessory issues.Independently addresses/resolves workstation/server security issues such as viruses, worms, and/or spyware.Install complex, non-standard software on workstations (we have custom software packages that are written for customers on individuals basis); implement office moves/renovations to include tracking services through an automated service desk system (AutoTask.net).Back up and recover files for users on workstations and/or servers (Symantec Backup Exec and StorageCraft software backup packages

Maintain all computer systems (Windows NT, 2000, XP) for over 150 users at 4 different facilities.Promote preemptive installation, upgrades, and maintenance of computer systems and software, with minimal impact on the users.Organize and control system licensing, and maintain system specifications for each computer.Provide a leading role in system related problem solving.Help maintain user and computer accounts throughout the network.Support Network/LAN administrators.
